We Need Your Help to Deploy Veterans to Yosemite.
Recycle for Veterans is deploying a 40 member veteran-led stewardship team to Yosemite National Park for Yosemite Facelift 2026. This mission brings veterans together to protect public lands, build community, and create measurable environmental impact.

Yosemite Facelift 2026
Yosemite Facelift began in 2004 as a grass roots effort led by the Yosemite Climbing Association to clean climbing areas, strengthen relationships with park rangers, and give back to Yosemite.
To day, it is the largest annual volunteer cleanup in any national park. Over five days, volunteers remove trash, restore trails, protect habitat, and care for Yosemite after its busiest season.
For RFV, this event provides the right platform to mobilize veterans around a meaningful mission with real environmental impact while giving them an opportunity to serve again to protect one of America’s most iconic public lands.

Through Yosemite Facelift, RFV Eco Warriors will deploy veterans to protect our shared public lands, build community, and create wellness opportunities through meaningful service.
This long-term commitment provides veterans with a renewed sense of purpose, proving that the mission doesn’t end when military service concludes it begins a new chapter of stewardship, leadership, and service to our nation.
